Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though spacious and with great air conditioning, had some issues like a rusty radiator and uncomfortable beds. On the bright side, they were exactly what we needed. The service, particularly from Madee, was very supportive and welcoming, though there were some hiccups like offering a basement room despite my request for none. The location, just a short walk from Victoria Coach Station, was convenient, but the worn appearance and business-centric atmosphere took away from its appeal. The dining options were limited and struggled to keep up during busy times. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel was a little run down and in desperate need of a renovation, but its spot-on location near Victoria Station and friendly service made the stay enjoyable. The dining experience was hit or miss with basic options. Rooms were small, noisy, and dated, but the price was fair for the value offered.
The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the city, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are issues with cleanliness in the rooms and accessibility for guests with mobility concerns. The dining area can get crowded during peak times, but the breakfast options are satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Victoria Station and with free breakfast included. However, the rooms were a mixed bag - cramped with makeshift furniture and noise issues. The service was welcoming and helpful, but the dining options were basic. Overall, a budget-friendly choice with some trade-offs.
The hotel is ideally located close to transport links for easy exploration of London attractions. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
Even though the rooms felt like a completely different hotel to the lobby, which was bright and clean, they were clean and spacious, suitable for a family of four. However, one of the windows not shutting properly made the room a bit cold. The hotel could use some rearrangement in the layout to accommodate more tables. Despite these minor issues, the location was excellent, just minutes away from Victoria Station and close to key attractions like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.
The hotel is conveniently located near Victoria Station, making transportation easy, and offers a healthy breakfast selection. However, there were issues with room cleanliness and a damp smell in the hallway. The dining area served satisfactory food but was a bit starch-heavy at times.
I was thrilled with the spacious rooms that comfortably fit me and my friends, allowing us to get ready together without feeling cramped. However, there was a noticeable damp smell lingering. The service was exceptional, offering fantastic restaurant recommendations and displaying genuine kindness. Unfortunately, the cancelation policy was strict, with no flexibility even when requested well in advance.
The hotel has a few drawbacks with the rooms needing redecorating and maintenance issues, but the service and location shine through as notable strengths, offering convenience and friendly assistance. The dining options are sufficient, though basic, and the overall value for money is decent.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and airport coach terminal, surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. Despite some noise issues, the price we paid made it a reasonable choice. I would consider staying again at this price point.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right next to a great pub that serves meals and close to Victoria Station. The room was spacious and quiet, with 2 comfortable twin beds just for the two of us. However, the dining experience was average with basic options. The service was fantastic, and the staff were really helpful. The proximity to transportation hubs made traveling around easy.
